Our 4x8 Freighter tile depicts a traditional Great Lakes freighter that can be seen from almost any coast in Michigan! We are lucky in Harbor Springs and Petoskey when a freighter comes in to Little Traverse Bay for safe harbor during a storm. Shop owner, Cora, grew up in Grosse Pointe where she used to see them every day and then moved to Marquette where you can see them up close in person!
